Corporate Relations Specialist

The Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations (OCFR) manages all corporate and foundation partnerships on behalf of Rice University, directing strategy for stewarding and expanding existing partnerships while identifying and pursuing new opportunities. The Corporate Relations Specialist is a member of the corporate relations team within OCFR, working with team members, staff, faculty, and corporate contacts to support the university-wide effort to maintain and advance strong relationships with corporations to achieve the goals of Rice University.

Development Coordinator

The Development Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and program support to a group of individual giving fundraisers on the major gifts team in the Development and Alumni Relations division. This position is responsible for coordinating donor and program meetings, managing donor and gift information, preparing documents and presentations, preparing donor materials for meetings, assisting with donor follow-up, maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, monitoring budgets and expenses, and arranging travel. The Development Coordinator will collaborate with team members on special projects as they arise. The Development Coordinator will report to the Development Specialist – Administrative Team Lead and will work closely with staff members on the major gifts team, as well as with other campus partners.

Development Associate

Under the general supervision of the Senior Director of Development, the Development Associate will plan, organize and build the pipeline of leadership and major gift support for fundraising priorities in specific academic areas of Rice University. The Development Associate will identify and qualify new prospects at the major gift ($100K+) level.

Systems Analyst

Reporting to the Senior Director, Development Information Services, the Systems Analyst works at an experienced level supporting Rice University’s alumni/development system (OwlConnect, powered by Blackbaud CRM) and related applications, including the integrations to and from other campus systems. The Systems Analyst has expertise in a combination of technical and business application areas and actively participates in new technology initiatives. This position is responsible for working with OwlConnect users to develop queries, reports, automated business processes, integrations to third party systems and data warehouse solutions to support their business.
