Our Integrated Coaching Development Approach

We believe in constantly improving our coaching techniques to provide a comprehensive learning experience for our students, and this is why we provide an integrated coaching development approach, that includes warm-ups, match reports, and benchmarking data. Additionally, we prioritise staff CPD to ensure that our coaches are up-to-date with the latest techniques and practices.

KEVIN BEGGY

HEAD COACH

With several years of experience coaching at grassroots clubs and a master’s in high performance from the MBP School of coaches in Barcelona, Kevin is a UEFA B license holder and a UEFA A license candidate.

KAMIL SZTYLER

HEAD COACH

Kamil is an academy coach with practical experience in coaching, performance analysis, and athletic development. He is a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer who holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport Science & Health from Dublin City University. Kamil has previously worked with various elite collegiate athletes during his time at Dublin City University and operated as an academy analyst for Shamrock Rovers.

EOIN WEAREN

HEAD COACH

Eoin is a UEFA A license holder and an experienced coach who has played for Ireland and several clubs, including West Ham United and Limerick FC. He’s also been announced as the Shelbourne Senior Women’s First Team Head Manager for the 2024/25 season.
