Traveling to Phoenix for the DDNA 2026 Annual Education Conference is convenient, whether you fly or drive.

By Air: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is one of the busiest airports in the U.S., offering nonstop service to more than 120 domestic and 20+ international destinations. Major airlines including American, Southwest, Delta, and United operate from PHX, making it easy to find a direct or one-stop flight from nearly anywhere. The airport is centrally located and just a short drive from the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass.

By Car: If you’re coming from Texas, New Mexico, California, or nearby states, Phoenix is easily accessible via I-10 or I-17. For example, the drive from Dallas to Phoenix is about 15 hours, and from Los Angeles, it’s roughly 6 hours. The route offers beautiful desert scenery and optional stops in cities like Tucson or Las Cruces along the way.

Whether you’re hopping on a plane or hitting the road, getting to Phoenix is simple—and the experience waiting at the end is well worth the trip.

Traveling from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) to the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass is simple, with several ground transportation options available:

1. Rideshare Services (Uber & Lyft):
Uber and Lyft operate directly from PHX and are a convenient option for attendees. The resort is approximately 17 miles away, with a travel time of about 25–30 minutes depending on traffic. Fares vary by time of day and service type.
Safety Tip: Always confirm your driver’s name, vehicle, and license plate before entering the car. Use the app to track your ride and share your trip status with family, a friend or colleague.

2. Taxi Services:
Taxis are available outside all terminals. A ride to the resort typically takes 25–30 minutes and costs around $50–$60.
Safety Tip: Use only authorized taxis from the airport’s designated taxi stands. Never accept unsolicited rides from individuals inside the terminal.

3. Private Transfers:
Pre-booked car services offer a more personalized and comfortable ride. Sedan service for up to three passengers starts around $115–$120. Ideal for groups or those seeking a quieter arrival experience.

4. Public Transportation:
Public transit options are available, but reaching the resort this way can take over 90 minutes and may involve multiple transfers. This option is not recommended for conference attendees with luggage or tight schedules.

5. Hotel Shuttle:
The Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass does not provide a direct airport shuttle.

6. On-Site Shuttle Services:
Once on property, a complimentary resort shuttle is available to take guests between the hotel, nearby golf courses, casino, and Phoenix Premium Outlets.
