Recently, my iPhone power button crashed and not worked anymore. Whenever I pushed that button, the screen couldn't in lock position and this made my control over my phone not smooth anymore. In fact, there is a function in iPhone, called as assistive touch that worked if we had difficulty in all function button. After you turned on the function, a new button appear in the screen and we can use it if our button is malfunction.

So, I had used this function until I brought my phone to Apple centre. Before we bring for repairing to Apple centre, we need to do appointment with them. Firstly, enter their website and follow the step as according below:
enter their customer service website. Use computer browser is a good option.
enter customer service website and click your problem as in the box.
They will ask your email use for phone, so send your email address and you'll get email from apple.
just click iOS check
click send
after they checked your iOS automatically, click done button
your website will be in this condition before you send iOS Diagnostic. But after your are done with step above, this page will link to a new page.
click box on the right side(reserve date and time)
choose your free day
choose your wished time
click sent and you'll get an reservation email from them. Save in your phone or computer or just print it if you need them.
Wait and come to Apple store in your reserved day. I arrived there around 5.30 p.m. and my appointment was on 5.40 p.m. - 5.50 p.m. The place was crowded and many people were sitting and lining up near Genius bar stand (repair section in the shop). My name was called around 5.56 p.m. and I finished around 6.10 p.m. quit fast huh.
Actually, they didn't repair my phone at all, they just changed it into a free new one if only my button damaged and no screen crack or scratch on my iPhone. Luckily, I got new iPhone but still need to setup
all the backup before. My old phone was setup to Erase all content and setting. Bye bye my old iPhone, thanks a lot for good service to me in your lifetime. Oh yeah, forgot to write that I only brought my phone to this store without warranty paper with me because our phone warranty is registered online. We can check validity in Apple website.
Finished my appointment? Time to take fresh air outside. Time to walk around. Time to eat some food!!

1. Check if your warranty is still valid on website.
2. Check if you have Apple store nearby.
3. Check if there are scratch on your iPhone(screen or body)
4. Make appointment.
5. Have a brand new phone :)
