*gun types = Cardinal can produce more advanced firearms than the shop (or they will be able to, after learning) but cannot produce anything with electric/digital components or anything that requires advanced engineering methods that require electricity.

Pinnacle history: Sniper is the hot new PE teacher/fencing instructor on campus. A Pinnacle alumnum, Sniper graduated at the early age of 16, and much of the faculty remembers them fondly as a bright, popular student and a bit of a rascal. It's widely 'known' that Sniper is only at Pinnacle to find a partner. Despite being such a powerful, easy to Catalyze Artifact, they have yet to form a Bond. Many speculate that this is a tragic consequence of being such a powerful Artifact.
Powers/Abilities: tactical rifle that can control any person/Artifact they shoot.
