The DEIMAN4FINANCE project

The aim of DEIMAN4FINANCE is to introduce Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training into vocational education and training (VET) to create a work environment that values diversity in the finance sector.

The project aims at:

Creating learning courses that will equip professionals with the necessary skills for becoming DEI Managers.

Enhancing the digital capabilities of VET providers.

Establishing a micro-credential system in order to be easier to certificate the skills of a DEI Manager

Two ways of achieving it:

An e-learning platform for DEI Managers with an accompanying methodology for teaching its material

Piloting of the platform with DEI Managers
