Happy Birthday johnnypink!!!!

So last night I was entering in some of my recipes on recipezaar so I have them in one space, but also so I can use them for a cookbook for christmas presents. I uploaded Beef Wellington here: http://www.recipezaar.com/Beef-Wellington-342833 and this food nazi guy felt the need to correct me in a review. Come on guy!

I was taught the recipe by a chef in a cooking class who mentioned how traditionally it was made from liver, but for costs mushroom has the same effect. Also, the individual ones are much better. I find the whole wellington looks sloppy.

Just annoys me when people go out of their way to point out negative things.

So after dumping about 14K into our new kitchen various other things around the place are starting to have problems. First off unique air came and told us that our compressor outside is starting to go. The unit is 10 years old so we knew this would happen eventually. So, we had a get a nice quote on that which is a couple of grand. Next the toilet broke again yesterday so I had to call the plumber in to fix, which is going to be another hundred.

I did some updates to TRAVEL SCOUTER last night. I added some more airfares and vacation packages. I am curious what sort of things people are looking for when it comes to deals so I can focus on some of those things.
