How do I freeze a header in an ASP.NET Datagridview object? Basically I need the header row immobile (ala what you do in excel when you freeze a pane) so it won't scroll when the rest of the table scrolls.

NOBODY SEEMS TO KNOW THE ANSWER TO THIS. don't be a wiseass and say not to use MS proprietary shit, you know this is for work.

ETA: Oh my god the math/code prep involved in people's workarounds on this problem is staggering.
