Bitwise stuff

As someone who doesn't know anything about binary numbers (well maybe a little), flipping bits and signed and unsigned ints, anyone care to give me a 32-bit unsigned integer with bit 0 on? Here's the reason. And if you won't do that, at least give me somewhere I can learn about them.
