Getting started with clickerquicker

The goal of this app is to reduce clicks (or taps) when moderating as much as possible.

⚠️ Please note this is currently only supported on web. The mobile apps don't allow navigation to mod pages cleanly, so these links will be blocked there. I hope to support those in the future, if Devvit add support for mod tool navigation on the apps.

Current Features

Mod Tool Shortcuts

On the subreddit's main page's "..." overflow menu, there are several quicklinks to get to useful mod pages:

  • ModQueue ↓: ModQueue sorted by newest first and displaying n elements per page (100 default, adjustable in ClickerQuicker Preferences)
  • ModQueue ↑: ModQueue sorted by oldest first and displaying n elements per page (100 default, adjustable in ClickerQuicker Preferences)
  • Unmoderated ↓: Unmoderated feed sorted by newest first and displaying n elements per page (100 default, adjustable in ClickerQuicker Preferences)
  • Unmoderated ↑: Unmoderated feed sorted by oldest first and displaying n elements per page (100 default, adjustable in ClickerQuicker Preferences)
  • Scheduled Posts: Scheduled posts and events page
  • Mod Log: Mod log for the subreddit
  • Insights: Insights page for the subreddit
  • Automations: Post & Comment Guidance settings
  • Automod: AutoModerator settings

Note: These links current won't work as expected on the mobile apps. They try to take you to a browser page, instead of navigating to the associated mod tool pages within the app. This will be updated if there's ever a way to navigate there efficiently for mobile app mods.

Post Search

Sometimes you want to search to see if the post title was submitted before. This is a handy button from a post's mod shield menu to kick off a search matching the post's title. Once searched, you can cut down the search to be more generic and find other possible matches.

Preferences

If any mods want to adjust the subreddit-wide settings to their taste, they can override them using the ClickerQuicker Preferences form, avilable from the subreddit's main page's "..." overflow menu:

  • Items per page on ModQueue and Unmoderated feed shortcut menu items

Future Enhancements

  • Handle mod shortcut menu items on mobile apps if there's ever support for navigation to mod pages there
  • Add a form step when using Post Search to check recent posts, top posts, etc.
