How We Get Clients 🤝
Word of mouth. That’s it.
We fix someone’s site. They tell their friend. Their friend has a problem. They call us. We fix that too. Repeat for 18 years.
We’ve never had sales staff. Never pitched a client. Never attended a conference to hand out business cards. (We don’t even have proper business cards.)
This only works if you’re actually good at what you do. If we weren’t, we’d have gone out of business decades ago.

Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. We’ve worked with one-person startups and multinational corporations. The size of the company doesn’t matter – we treat every project with the same level of attention.
Do you only work with WordPress?
WordPress is our specialty, but we’ve worked with pretty much every platform over the years. If you have a web problem, we can probably help.
How big is your team?
Small and intentionally so. When you work with us, you work with the people who actually do the work. No handoffs to junior staff.
Why no client testimonials or logos?
Confidentiality. What we do for clients stays between us and them. Some prefer not to advertise that they needed help with their website. We respect that.
What’s your response time?
Fast. We respond to everyone – doesn’t matter if you’re a Fortune 500 company or a one-person shop. Email works best. Call if it’s urgent.
Are you expensive?
We’re not the cheapest. But we’re also not the agency charging $500/hour with layers of overhead. Fair rates for quality work.
