App brings together community to find missing people. 1) Allows to report lost person, one's description, last location and etc. 2) Volunteers can register for text notification if someone is missing in nearby area (by SMS)
First 48 hours are very important ones for finding person. So, the more community contributes the better chance to finding the person quick.
