Problem Statement by J&J
Develop a technical solution that will allow for J&J to better sell a suite of products to their target customers. The solution would ultimately allow all 3 MD Operating Companies (DePuy Synthes, Global Surgery (Ethicon), and Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions (CSS)) to be able to see the same data, and collaborate to identify selling opportunities.
My role
As the scrum master, I led a team of 4 and conducted regular scrum meetings. I was heavily involved in the ideation and front-end UI/UX. Additionally, I evaluated and recommended the use of Microsoft Azure SQL Server to centralize databases, customize representation of sales, and optimize marketing.
MediCart: Mobile App
MediCart is a prototype of a mobile app for sales representatives that will facilitate purchasing medical merchandise by giving them an opportunity to purchase items from all 3 companies within the same app instead of navigating between 3 apps. Data of their purchase would be stored automatically in a Microsoft Azure SQL Server database.
MediChart: Website
Medichart is a prototype of a website that will allow for data transparency and collaboration among J&J managers with customizable data visualization features by extracting data from the database in order to optimize marketing.
