Inspiration

The genesis of "aischolarconnect" stemmed from the critical need for students, graduates, and undergraduates to access scholarship funding and share their innovative ideas. It aims to foster inclusivity by addressing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 3, 4, and 9.

What it does

AIscholarconnect operates as a web platform designed for scholars, students, and academic individuals to articulate their ideas and secure funding. The platform integrates various services such as Azure web app, SQL and SQLite databases, generative AI, and computer vision to amplify the expression of individuals' ideas. Utilizing AI, submitted projects can be reviewed and interacted with more effectively by others.

How we built it

We developed this platform using Flask, Azure services, and generative AI technologies.

Challenges we encountered

Initially, we faced difficulties hosting our site, but eventually succeeded in hosting it on the Azure platform.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We take pride in successfully creating an AI-powered platform with interactive features that enable users to seek funding.

What we learned

Our learning journey involved mastering Azure services and devising an improved prompt system. We established a smart prompt system enabling robust interactions with the system and obtaining more accurate responses. Moreover, our system compares the Large Language Model's answers with those provided by the algorithm.

What's next for aischolarconnect

Our future endeavors with aischolarconnect revolve around enhancing its capacity to handle intricate blockchain inquiries. We intend to refine the genetic algorithm, explore advanced AI methodologies for prompt enhancement, and elevate the system's interaction with blockchain data sources. Additionally, we aim to integrate it into HyperCycle’s Computation Node software, ensuring broader usability and scalability.
