Alchemy

Inspiration

Card game can stimulate your mental quickness. It was first planned to help students who had hard time with chemistry, and sought to make a game to interest students or anyone who wants to learn about chemistry.

How it works

First, the user gets a hand of four card. The cards are the basic elements: metal, wood, water, fire, and mud. Through the combination, the user can see the various combination of the elements and cause damage to the opponent, which is the computer in this case.

Challenges I ran into

First,finding images and using photoshop to adjust the pictures were difficult since it is the first time we encounter with photoshop. Secondly, programming the entire project was not as easy as we thought it would be. Arguments were everywhere since each of the team members have different opinions.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We finished our project with the worst, and plan to make the best by improving it later on. We learned to use photoshop to change the pictures. We learned various data structure for Java language.

What I learned

I learned to corporate with people and accept other's opinions.

What's next for Alchemy

We are planning to make more levels according to the HP level.
