Inspiration
Alexa is awesome, but doesn't include a lot of useful sensors. What if we built an extendable base for Alexa which you can easily add and integrate sensors?
What it does
A base extension for Alexa to integrate sensors such as temperature with Alexa.
How I built it
We designed an extendible base in solid works and connected an arduino with a temperature sensor to Alexa.
Challenges I ran into
Designing the base, connecting Alexa's api and having too much fun at this hackathon.
