What it does
Ideally, Acumite is a content byline item that has a search engine embedded in it. The app lets you search keywords from a document in relation to a given task. The results will be given to you, with the highest-scoring result being the most wanted document.
It is on the content byline, so that you can access it on a page, and be redirected to the result from there. You won't have to be directed to a results page when using the search bar on the header menu.
How we built it
This app was built with Atlassian Forge and React.
Challenges we ran into
Getting the React component containing the search engine's UI to display was an issue, as the app continued to display the static index.html file whenever I clicked on the content byline title.
What's next for Acumite
I hope the get the search engine UI displaying on the content byline window, and have a search algorithm working.
