What it does
Atom AI can check if a customer is eligible for a loan or mortgage, it does this by requesting documents and analysing them with the help of AI rather than asking questions to the customer. A business can also check if they are eligible for a loan, the process to determine if they qualify for a loan is entirely handled by AI based on financial documents provided. Generative AI is also used to help customers understand their credit score and how to improve it and make better financial decisions. Atom Bot is a Generative AI chatbot that allows customers to get answers to their questions seamlessly without going through the website.
