About the Project
Inspiration:
I was inspired by the realization that XR still lacks a real, repeatable use case—one that is as simple as it is effective. AR has the unique ability to let you remain in your environment while focusing on elements that enhance your daily journey toward becoming a more intentional human in an attention-driven economy. With more distractions than ever before, I saw an opportunity to create a tool that helps you isolate and prioritize what truly matters.
What I Learned:
Throughout the project, I dove deep into the world of AR and rapid prototyping. I learned how to use Lens Studio, optimize immersive experiences, and leverage emerging technologies to turn ideas into interactive spatial experiences. This journey taught me the importance of balancing creative exploration with technical precision.
How I Built My Project:
The project was built using a suite of innovative tools:
- Cursor IDE for rapid development.
- Lens Studio for creating AR experiences.
- Meshi AI for generating 3D assets.
- Cinema 4D and After Effects for creative polish and visual refinement.
Challenges Faced:
Working with new technology came with its share of obstacles. I encountered several issues with Wi-Fi connectivity and the initial setup of Lens Studio alongside the Snapchat Spectacles. Many trial-and-error sessions, extensive research through documentation, and hands-on troubleshooting were required to overcome these hurdles.
