With COVID-19 spreading over the world, we've seen how the disease may affect people of all ages. Those with underlying illnesses and compromised immune systems, on the other hand, are at a higher risk of problems. Immunocompromised people have a weakened immune system, making it simpler for them to become infected and reducing their ability to fight infections. More mental disorders such as anxiety and sadness, as well as suicide, are being caused by social alienation and isolation as a result of increased infections and less access to family, friends, and other social support networks. As a result, we made the decision to educate people about the importance of a healthy mind and a healthy food.

We have presented many presentation till now about this topic but most of them didn't paid attention and the major problem in presenting this topic was funds for campaigns and meditation studio. We also didn't have enough resources and mentorship which can help us to achieve our goals.
