Utterances for the StoreHours Intent (training data for the chatbot to recognize a customer is asking for store hours)
Inspiration
Long lines at the shop can be frustrating! Not just for the customer but for the mechanics and technicians as well. We wanted to make something that would bridge the gap between the two and make getting your car serviced as easy as possible!
What it does
Users would get a QR code sticker in the mail to put on their window of their car. This QR code can be scanned by the web app/ mobile app to bring them to a SMS chatbot to collect info about their diagnosis of their car. This info would be fed to the mechanics/ techs at the shop. The user would be able to schedule an appointment with the shop, and receive live updates from the mechanics about the status of their car all through SMS, taking the stress away from car repair. The shop could even send the invoice to be accepted thru the app or SMS
How we built it
We used Twilio for the SMS integration and AWS Lex and Lambda for the JSON info. We used Python for the code and GitHub for control.
Challenges we ran into
Time constraint was our biggest challenge! We would of loved to have more time to work on this project and see it come to fruition!

That we all worked together as a team to make something, in this amount of time!
