Inspiration
Firefighters are the heroes we need. now we have the tech to give them a sidekick
What it does
Using an ad hoc mesh of IoT sensors, we can feed data from a location on fire to an operations command center/terminal. from where firefighters can determine optimal paths to take in hazardous conditions. we also enable monitoring of firefighters' health data (heartrate, body temperature etc) in near real time for commanders to make more informed decisions

nrf radios are notoriously unstable
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
the base station and one node works
What I learned
work with a larger team at a hackathon!! also, multiple sensors can fail due to a single bad soldering job
