Inspiration
There is a lot of E-waste in the world. So instead of buying a new Bluetooth speaker for $50, we spent $250+ on parts to repurpose an old pair of earbuds to build our own.
How we built it
We used the Bluetooth module from the earbuds and amplified the signal using a breadboard circuit.
Challenges we ran into/What's next
Our parts did not arrive on time, even with priority shipping. When the subwoofer and tweeters come, we will make a high and low-pass filter using a resistor circuit to split out the bass and highs, and then wire them to their respective speakers. We'll then make a housing and solder our circuit to make it a permanent solution.
