What it Does
Bob Meal is a chatbot designed to assist diabetes patients in managing their condition by recommending suitable dietary choices for a healthier lifestyle.
How We Built It
We utilized OpenShift by Red Hat and deployed the solution using their cloud services. The backend was developed using the Flask framework, and we incorporated the Google Generative AI API for enhanced functionality.
Challenges We Faced
Initially, we encountered difficulties in hosting the solution on the cloud. However, through collaborative teamwork, we overcame these obstacles and successfully deployed the application.
Accomplishments We're Proud Of
Our proudest achievement is the successful hosting of a website that employs cutting-edge prompt-based technology to provide tailored dietary recommendations for individuals with diabetes.
What We Learned
Throughout this project, we deepened our understanding of resources offered by Red Hat, as well as honed our skills in utilizing Google services and programming in Python.
