Inspiration

Nowadays social media is becoming a sensation, so I tried a basic chat application

What it does

It allows users to chat with other people

How we built it

We used React as front-end and firebase as backend

Challenges we ran into

We ran into issues in updating all the messages on screen to user

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We have got a good knowledge about hooks (UseEffect, UseState) in react and read write operations in fire base

What we learned

We have learned about the concept of NoSQL and firebase and react framework and its importance

What's next for Chat application with React-Firebase

We are planning to add rooms, such that user may create a separate room and can invite their friends through the URL and they can join the room
