In 2014, Gartner said that the "Natural Language Question Answering" was at the peak of the "Innovation helpers". ChatFirst concept is on any phone, which has Siri or Google Now: a chat, one entry point to launch any application.
We decided to implement the concept ChatFirst specifically to Shopify, Cozify and Uber: from shopping, to smart homes and everyday tasks such as ordering taxis. In fact, we allow each of these companies to design their own Siri.
We worked 24 hours: conducted a social survey, came up with the concept, wrote the code, designed the logo and landing page. The result is a working demo ChatFirst.
The more companies come to follow the approach ChatFirst, the more we want to cooperate with them.
