Inspiration
We aim to expand price transparency and aid in the creation of competition and fairness in the healthcare market by providing easy access to relevant information.
What it does
ClearCare hosts a crowd-sourced heath transparency database that allows consumers to report on and view information about healthcare pricing as they search for a provider.
How I built it
We used HTML, CSS and JavaScript to build the website and used Firebase for our database
Challenges I ran into
It was our first time using Firebase, and I was not used to the data structure it used. Fetching data from the API and parsing data to get information.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Getting Firebase to work. Making a project of beginning to end.
What I learned
How to use Firebase and Postman and Databases and JavaScript. We also learned how to work asynchronously and split tasks according to our skills.
What's next for ClearCare
We registered the domain ClearCare.tech. ClearCare could be hosted on that domain.
