Inspiration
We wanted to create a platform to facilitate the talent selection process for internal projects as well as give the freedom to select projects that align with skills and areas with learning potential.
What it does
Human resource management to optimize the distribution of projects.
How we built it
To develop this platform we use Next.js as the main framework, Prisma as ORM as the facilitation of data exchange with the database (Postgresql).
Challenges we ran into
One of the main problems we faced was developing a solution that could be applied in companies with different lines of business, as well as finding the best way to manage human resources for the assignment of projects and tasks within an organization.

Manage to create an innovative tool that facilitates the management of business human resources. Create a technological tool that allows organizations to efficiently manage human resources and enhances learning, promotes innovation and teamwork
What's next for Clueless Management
Add more key performance indicators for the platform, make it easier to select and match projects.
