Inspiration
We spoke to several local consulting firms in the area, as well as the sponsors and one of the HackEurope organisers to identify pain points faced by consultants in their daily endeavours and from looking at the briefs, we were able to pick up on some common issues related to compliance and ensuring that docs were consistent and followed regulations.
What it does
We take in client documents, study the business model, analyse against legal regulations per EU regulations via an MCP server to which we are executing a tool call to fetch relevant regulations via cosine similarity.
How we built it
Tech stack: TypeScript, Python, Next.js, Tailwind, FastAPI, Pydantic, Pinecone, Google Cloud, Stripe API, Paid.ai
Challenges we ran into
Integrating all of our individual functionalities, handling lots of files when the repository got messy.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Using new tools that we've not used before.
What we learned
The importance of planning out before starting implementation
What's next for Comp.ly
Continuing to iterate the design and eventually being used by industry professionals.
