Inspiration
We can solve almost every problem, if we bundle forces and work together - irrespective of location and capabilities. We just need to be able to organize it by ourselves in an effective way.
Inspired by the experience from hackathons with loads of teams, I want to help people and teams to connect with other people and teams and objectives in a more effective manner and create synergies from collaboration and cross-team support.
I find it very difficult in Large Scale Remote Setups to get an overview over people, teams and objectives when you are not part of a team already.
What it does
I aim for an simple, easy-to-use networking tool for teams and people, where skills, purpose, objectives, and team structures will be maintained and fostered. It is supposed to be someting like a LinkedIn for Remote Collaboration, but starting from teams (organizations) and their relations rather than from people.
The purpose of this repository is to:
- help people to connect with teams
- help teams to raise needs and find people
- maintain an overview over teams and objectives to avoid double work
- foster synergies between teams
