Inspiration
Shipping can often take a long time and be expensive (especially internationally). This app solves this problem by leveraging a network of travelers. It was inspired by often sending items through friends and family members.
What it does
This project takes community shipping to the next level. It leverages a network of travelers to deliver products faster and cheaper. It allows users to add trips (ie. if they are traveling). And request delivery (ie. if they want to send a package). After that, the sender and the traveler are matched, meet up, and have the item delivered.
How I built it
I built it using Flutter to allow for cross-platform compatibility and firebase for real-time data storage, fetching, and authentication.
