Inspiration

A lot of people need a driving force to work, especially students. Rewards like gift cards, coupons, gifts make people more engaging and it also brings in quality. Solving doubts of other people is a very crucial aspect of learning or growing. This all inspired me to create something that can actually be owned by people and on top of that it is rewarding

What it does

Alt text It allows users to ask questions by offering bounty/diamonds (not necessary), and people who know about the stuff, they can take part in the quests and offer help. If their answer was of any use to the quest poster, they can be rewarded DeSo's diamonds.

How we built it

I used figma to design the app layout and then used react with tailwind and axios to make the app interactive, immersive and friendly. I used DeSo's identity to login in, and stored it in local storage. To make posts i made use of /api/v0/submit-post endpoint. For diamond transfer, used /api/v0/send-diamonds . Finally to retrieve a single user data and its filtered quests, /api/v0/get-single-profile and /api/v0/get-posts-for-public-key were used based on pub key

Challenges we ran into

Since DeSo is new with very few blogs explaining it's working it was hard for me to do all the things alone.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Though resources for deso is relatively less, it was hard to understand it completely in short span of time, but still pulled off. I was able to make the app completely on my own

What we learned

I learnt to work with deso blockchain. Completing most aspects of project in two days taught me to work at a faster speed. I also learnt new figma features
