Inspiration
As a university student away from home and handling your own costs along with a group of friends, it very often becomes a tedious task to divide the costs among the people equally especially when there are different people paying. This lead us to the idea of creating an app that takes care of this tedious task and makes life easier for the person.
What it does
Our app enables a user to create an account and split costs with a group of friends by simply scanning receipts.
How we built it
ReactJs, react-native and used a simulator to test it
Challenges we ran into
We were not able to integrate all parts of the app together even though they worked fine individually.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Learning a new language, and making a working app.
What we learned
We learned how to use a couple new languages.
What's next for Di\/ide
We will continue working on trying to integrate different parts of the app together to provide a seamless experience for the user.
