Inspiration

The inspiration for building this app was because a number of my friends had their private information compromised. It is important now more than ever to have good digital security habits. I wanted to create a platform where business professionals can learn good digital security tips, see how they can apply it in a simple to understand format.

What it does

Digital Security Essentials is a web app that gamifies learning about cyber security. Users can select a persona that resonates with them and then see what type of digital security challenges the person ould face.

How we built it

It was built using html, css and javascript.

Challenges we ran into

The major challenge was sourcing the information for the different personas as well as deciding which personas to select.

Happy that I was able to learn more javascript

What's next for Digital Security for all

Going forward I would like to add more personas, more scenarios and potentially add a score keeping metric.
