Inspiration

everyStory was founded by the Senior Architect of the PlayStation Network, Dave Keene, after having been diagnosed with colon cancer. Fortunately he survived but after the near experience of not being able to pass on this voice or stories he built what became everyStory.

What it does

everyStory is a story-sharing application that is available on iOS, Android, and the web. It allows anyone to record stories using their own voice as they naturally flip through photos. After a story is created, it is safely stored in the cloud and can be shared with friends and family. You can also invite others to a group and allow them to add their own photos and stories.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Feature in Mashable- "Lets anyone record personal color commentary to a photo, whether it's an old family portrait or a birthday party shot from thirty years ago."

Feature in Cult of Mac-"When you use the app to import photos from your computer or camera roll, you can record your voice to give these photos life."

Acquisition of key StoryPress assets- "This will help us accelerate everyStory’s plan to consolidate the fragmented digital storytelling space and offer customers the best platform for digital story creation, saving, and sharing."

What's next for EveryStory

Creating the best product possible, growing our user base, and most importantly saving stories because we are strong believers that everyone has a story to tell and whose history should be saved for generations to come.
