Inspiration
We wanted to make a easy way for people like property managers to see what properties and system required the most attention.
What it does
The app allows property managers to monitor in real-time the current status of different systems and reminds them to place work orders.
How we built it
Built it on the the mobile platforms using swiftUI, trainined our own model using artificial data and created and API using flask so that our mobile app can access it.
Challenges we ran into
Creating data with noticeable trends that we can make predicitons off of. (Data given was not enough)
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Creating good data for us to use and creating the mobile that showed those trends as well as the expected failure.
What we learned
How to train a model on data and find the right trends.
What's next for Facility Pulse
Being able reach out to as many managers as possible and associating buildings with a particular user in a database.
