Inspiration

Our main inspiration was making Airline and GHA operations clearer and more visible. Also creating paperless processes is a key to a better future.

What it does

The platform we created allows seamless airport operations. Also providing minimum manual trigger points and making airport operations save resources, creating paperless processes, and making a big step in air cargo digitalization. We have addressed ONE Record, Cargo iQ, and Open challenges together. In the One Record challenge, we have proposed a new data modal for SLA management. It has a value proposition not only on the SLA side but also on the SGHA side, in this context, this case can be extended. Moreover, we believe that we can include the passenger side GHA agreements as well therefore it has multiple impacts on different areas of the aviation industry. In the Cargo iQ challenge, we aimed to increase planning quality and operational visibility between the airlines, warehouse, and ramp operators. With the help of Cargo iQ MOP 4.0, the alignment among the industry partners increases the quality of operation with a common understanding. In the Open Challenge, we used generative AI for operational performance data analysis which have been gathered from the Cargo iQ management. In terms of technology usage, IDP increased the efficiency of the current SLA management process. IoT features were used for milestone updates which eventually decreased the manual intervention in a more automatic way. In conclusion, our solution added value proposition and unique solution to the market. It has a feature as never been seen before and definitely it’s a better way of doing current processes. It delivers a great experience, is technically interesting, hack-usable, and works as we expected. Our project is feasibly applicable and can implemented. It has a great impact on our industry in a way to helps the supply chain with a real problem that we are currently facing. Lastly, apart from all the above benefits, it brought different stakeholders to the same table for collaboration. We believe it is the key to our industry's success

How we built it

We've used our own One Record server to run the application. We had to add more attributes and classes to the current data model. We've integrated generative AI to give suggestions to users.

Challenges we ran into

We've addressed Challenge 2,3 and 4. (One Record Challenge, Cargo IQ Challenge and Open Challenge) Adding new classes to the current data model was crucial and not easy. Also integrating generative AI into the user interface caused us to waste a lot much time.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

As a team, we are very proud of each other. Creating such a platform that serves digitalization was a good enough amount of pride for us. Creating it in such a short time was a double pleasure.

What we learned

We've learned that One Record has much more capacity than we expected and it will serve much bigger purposes in the future.

What's next for Flight Route Map

Since our project already solved the paperless GHA agreements, it is not so hard to guess that the next steps will be SGHA and the passenger side.
