In keeping with the prevalent cultural trends of this day and age Flix and Chill brings you a new social experience. We all like to watch movies in our spare time, why not use this common interest to extend your social circle and connect with the world around you?

The steps are easy. Log on to Flix and Chill homepage. Begin by choosing your "Flix" - movies you like and dislike from our selection. Immediately you will see the page begin to change (thanks to our responsive react.js web application). This is because our matching algorithm, a genre-based vector scoring program in our backend is continually updating your "preference score vector" and comparing with other users to find you people with similar movie interests. You will notice that other users have a "Chillscore" by their name - this is in fact the dot product of your two preference score vectors! Now for the final step. If our top suggested users look like people you would want to "Chill" with, then simply hit the chill button and they will be immediately notified of your desire to "Flix and Chill." Happy clicking!
