Synopsis
Floria is the story of a Rose who is tasked with protecting Queen Cereus, the Queen of the Night, who only blooms once a year from the effort of the other flowers around her. King Helianthus, a being of pure light, wants the other flowers to worship him and give him eternal life by taking all of the ryes - petals given to Cereus every year to let her blossom.
How we built it
Our game was build in Unreal Engine using C++.
Challenges we ran into
Making animations fire properly, incorporating keys to fire animations, getting all the sprites done.

We have a functioning, playable demo!

What's next for Floria
The original plan was for this game to be a multiplayer online RPG (MMORPG). We chose Unreal Engine to create this game because it allows for an easier way to integrate this later.
Other plans include more plot-related quests, side quests, more NPCs, and more mobs.
