Inspiration
-We wanted to create a fun game without using Unity and be able to play with others simultaneously in a multiplayer game.
What it does
-An adult version of online, strategic, role-playing hide and seek -Ghost: hide from the hunters, sees all -Hunters: seek and destroy the ghosts, limited to seeing allies only
How we built it
-With a lot of caffeine, determination, and help -Using Firebase Cloud Firestore to render multiple user character sprites and track their movements
Challenges we ran into
-Syncing times and winner status across multiple devices -Using Git to collaborate and store different versions
Accomplishments that we're proud of
-Functions smoothly -Making a game without Unity -All of it
What we learned
-How to use Git and GitHub -Firebase is very useful and elaborate
What's next for Ghost Hunter
-Having EVEN MORE players play at once -Polishing the front-end appearance
