Inspiration
The inspiration for building this tool was due to the current economic climate. A lot of students are facing tougher job prospects. Helping them find good paying jobs when they graduate or as they plan their career is imperative.
What it does
The tool highlights different jobs that students may not know exists but pay well and have positive job sentiment.
How we built it
It was built using html, css and javascript. Leverage Gemini LLM to generate test cases as well as clean up some language.
Challenges we ran into
Finding really unique jobs that wouldn't be top of mind for many students.
What's next for Hidden Jobs
- Add more roles
- Add university/college requirements
- Ensure the information is as up to date as possible
