We did a basic match system that compares applicant CV to job description then ranks in percentile

Challenges we ran into

1) Time of development was limited and 2) team were over-motivated ( We even thought of re-engineering whole Google architecture -- lot of time was wasted arguing about which is the best way to go about it.)
