'IAmThere' is a GenAI tool for team collaboration which can generate a sustainable workflow in Confluence and in Jira, from code to knowledge, a go to guide for all learners.

Inspiration - Pedro is a newbie in our company, being partially clueless as to where to begin! Perry as a student is struggling to find resources to understand her curriculum, whereas David, a lecturer for Perry is finding hard to find time to make tutorials for Perry. What he has are retrospectives, past projects, busy colleagues and his own project in hand. And they all wonder - Why Am I there? Am I even there? Wouldn't it better if they could have benchmarked tasks, they could begin with to accomplish their projects.

What it does - Introducing IAmThere, which enables users to Collect codes from Bitbucket AI enabled Doc generation Tutorial Generation Assignment and Quiz generation and all above in their preferred speaking languages IAmThere also focuses on : ⛰️ personalized learning journey Summarized tasks for the developer Code to tutorials format Focus on the role & tech you want to develop yourself in and get recommendations for learning modules, all in our app.

How we built it - We built it using : Atlassian Forge OpenAI Phaser3 Typescript / Javascript Bitbucket API Confluence GraphQL Jira API3 JQL Bing Image Creator

Challenges we ran into - Forge timeout issue, thanks its resolved to 25sec from 10 sec! Fine tuning prompts (specially for all 4 languages) the observable AI outputs. Lacks of documentation on permission for requestbitbucket with jira/confluence forge app.

Accomplishments that we're proud of - User Interface reflecting the tutorial based on the past project, AI generated page summarizing the steps needed to be taken.

What we learned - how to collaborate with OpenAI API inside Forge App and how to make state of the art prompts for openAI responses to create tutorials.
