Inspiration

The goal of Insurance Plus is to make insurance policy management easier and more efficient for insurance companies and their clients. The project was inspired by the need for a more streamlined and user-friendly solution in the insurance industry.

What it does

A web-based insurance policy management system built using Spring Boot and Angular frameworks. An Insurance Policy Management Application automates various tasks related to insurance policies.

How we built it

The system was built using the following technologies: Spring Boot for the back-end server and REST API Angular for the front-end client MySQL for data storage

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges was integrating the Angular front-end with the Spring Boot back-end. This required a deep understanding of both frameworks and their respective APIs. Another challenge was ensuring the security of sensitive client information stored in the database. To address this, I implemented secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Building a functional and user-friendly web application that meets the needs of the insurance industry.

What we learned

During the development of Insurance Plus, I learned about the importance of careful planning and organization in software development. I also gained hands-on experience with the Spring Boot and Angular frameworks, which are both widely used in the industry.

What's next for Insurance Plus

I followed a modular and scalable MVC design pattern to ensure the system would be easy to maintain and extend in the future. Convert to Microservice Architecture .
