💡 Inspiration
Inspiration is initially from IMDB, I thought if we have a website where we can rate movies and get recommendations from it, why not do this with songs too! Making people's life easy by reducing the pain of finding good songs and finding good playlists. (only a true melomaniac can understand this pain)

It is all about Music,
- You can Explore new Songs
- Rate and Review any song.
- You can get an awesome playlist
- Connect with different people and share your favorite songs.
- Get Songs recommendation based your - mood - weather - current trend - upcoming event - your likes and dislikes - and more
- Create a database of songs or you can say kind-of extraordinary library

🤔 Problems I ran into
This idea is big in itself, it was impossible to build the whole product in the hackathon period but I still picked this project as I believe in this project. However, I built the demo stuff (minified prototype) to show how it will work, there is a-lot to add to it and from finding proper databases to testing it, it was kinda hectic as the API was missing the docs. As of now, I am trying out different services to choose the best from them.
🎯 What I achieved
- I was able to create demo components and test endpoints.
- I also created a good UI for the website
- Tried and learned about various libraries
- Used a new language 'Go'
- Also implemented CI/CD via CircleCi, however it is not turned on now.
- Used various best practices.
🪄 What's next for ISDB?
ISDB is not a small-scale project, I will do more research on the content and providers part and will build the best solution. The vision of this project is big and not just for the hackathon purpose, I see its real-world usage.
