App to support local businesses of mom and pop restaurant

Inspiration

The inspiration comes from wanting to help the community that struggled through the times of the pandemic. We wanted to help local restaurants be able to still do business without risking lives through all kinds of delivery services, whether its through car, bike, or drones. Food can still be order through the app and be delivered efficiently to the customers. We also wanted to mainly help improve their way of communicating to their customers, and their website design as we saw they could not afford to pay companies to make them professionally.

What it does

Our app gives customers the chance to see what is on the menu before deciding either to make the trip to the restaurant, or stay at home and receive full family meals with the following deliver services: Bike, human driver, autonomous self driving vehicle, or drone delivery.

How we built it

We used our minds, our hearts, and souls, to put together anything we had in our homes. Then we had android phones, and a awesome site that allow us design to beautiful apps using whats call Figma. We couldn't done without it.

Challenges we ran into

The challenge we face is finding the parts in house to make it happen. Another challenge is the learning curve of Figma. Luckily for us we did manage around a few things to our app work perfectly with some finishing touch some tools actually were easy to use.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We accomplish soo much within the 48 hours, and we did it with pride knowing we can help someone with this technology. We really want to continue helping no matter what little we have.

What we learned

We learn many things such as to never give up to making our hope and dreams come to reality. We also learn the new terminology, structure planning, and how to use the tools to make it all happen.

What's next for Late Night Eats

Our next step with Late Night Eats is to introduce it and demo it to the business owners who wants to improve their business.
