Inspiration

I wanted to create a tool that creative writers and students can learn and play with. I came up with the idea of a creative prompt generator - one that takes seed words as input and generates creative prompts for writing projects. Like a brainstorming session, but you don't need multiple members to submit their own ideas in a hat, just a word and you can get 5 strips of ideas to work on!

What it does

Creative PromptR helps students and writers generate ideas for writing with single seed words.

Challenges we ran into

Its out-of-the-box simplicity can be a limitation on what ideas to work on. You almost have to try it out for a day, learn the features and limitations of the environment, take a break from the app before working on more ideas.
