Livetutor

Livetutor is a platform built on Moxtra that allows students to connect directly with other students and professional tutors in a simple, productive experience. Livetutor came out of a need to make helping people with homework easier than taking pictures of messy notes or video conferencing at a dizzying angle. Through a unified interface provided by Moxtra, Livetutor is planning on adding payment gateways for paid tutors as well as mobile counterparts in the future to provide a broader audience of students with easy tools to stay caught up with school. Livetutor is capable of leveraging the full suite of Moxtra technologies, including annotating on documents, collaborating through screen sharing, and communicating through voice chat, and this is only the foundation for a service designed to enhance the tutoring experience.
