Mover
HooHacks 2020 Submission! I made Mover in part thanks to the increased frequency I and others have been working out in our homes due to the serious impacts of COVID19. It is a very simple CLI tool but HooHacks gave me the inspiration to finally sit down and code it up
Keep track of your workouts and progressions from the command line! Mover is a command-line tool to enter your workouts and add additional progressions as needed. Enter your data after (or before) you are finished with your workout and Mover will calculate the set x reps and next progression for you!
As of now Mover only supports bodyweight workouts.
How to run
- Clone directory
- Navigate to it and run:
pip3 install pandas python3 mover.py

- Use a KnowledgeBase + Expert System to give more personalized and nuanced progressions
