Inspiration

As four white men who have never been forced to make a home in a foreign country, we know that we don't know where to find the best resources. But we know who does -- those who have been through this before.

What it does

Arryved allows immigrants to access their communities in their new home. They can find work, housing, cultural events, and advice.

How we built it

We built it in Firebase and React.

Challenges we ran into

We localized an entire app in one afternoon.

We'd like to add end-to-end encrypted messaging and expand the categories of posts.
